Pricing & shipping
How much does it cost?
One snapshot is $5, a set of three is $10, and a full set of five is $15. That's the entire price: printing, the envelope, the stamp, and delivery anywhere in the US are all included.
Do you really not charge for shipping?
Really. There's no shipping line at checkout and nothing added at payment. The price on the pack is everything you pay, and the stamp's on us.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay per send, only when you send.
Sending
Do I need an account?
No. You can send your first snap as a guest in about a minute. If you make an account (just your email, no password), your sends and recipients are saved so sending again is one tap.
Can I write a note?
Yes. Each snapshot has room for a short handwritten-style note on its border, up to 40 characters, printed right on the photo like a real snapshot caption.
What kinds of photos work?
JPEG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC, so anything straight off an iPhone or Android works. We print at high resolution (300 DPI), so the better the original, the better the print.
I don't know their mailing address.
Send them a private link instead: they add their own address and we mail it straight to them. The link stays good for 14 days, and we'll nudge them once if they haven't opened it.
Can I send the same photos to someone else?
Yes. From "Your sends," any past send can go to a new person in one tap.
Delivery
How long does it take to arrive?
We print, seal, and mail your snapshot by hand within 1–2 business days, and USPS First-Class mail typically takes another 2–5 business days. Most snaps arrive within a week.
Where can you deliver?
Any US mailing address: all 50 states, PO boxes included. (Not international yet.)
What does my recipient actually get?
A real printed snapshot (or three, or five) with your note on the border, sealed by hand in a plain private envelope with a real stamp. No invoice, no ads, no branding on the photos. It reads as a letter, not a package.
Privacy & the fine print
Is it private?
Yes. Your photos are used only to print your order, the envelope is sealed by hand, and preview links expire. We never post, share, or use your photos for anything else.
What if it arrives damaged, or never arrives?
Email us at hello@sendasnap.com and we'll reprint and resend it free, no questions asked.
