Terms of Service

1.What SendaSnap is

We print your photos as real physical snapshots and mail them in a sealed envelope to any US mailing address. One order is one keepsake sent to one person. There's no invoice or branding in the envelope; it reads as a letter, not a package.

2.Pricing

Pricing is all-in: one snapshot is $5, a set of three is $10, and a set of five is $15. That price includes printing, the envelope, the stamp, and delivery anywhere in the US. There's no shipping line at checkout and nothing is added at payment.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Any credit we issue does not expire.

3.Reprints and refunds

Each snapshot is a one-off physical item, so there are no returns and you don't need one. If your order arrives damaged, or never arrives, email us and we'll reprint and resend it free, or refund you. No questions asked.

4.Send-links and expiry

If you don't have your recipient's mailing address, we can send them a private link so they can add it themselves. A send-link is valid for 14 days. If it hasn't been opened after 7 days, we send one reminder. If it expires unused, we cancel the order and return what you paid as a non-expiring credit.

5.Acceptable content

You must own, or have the right to send, every photo you upload. Don't upload anything illegal, or any image of a person who hasn't agreed to it. We may refuse any order for any reason and refund it in full. We never publish, share, or reuse your photos for anything other than printing your order.

6.Your account

You can send as a guest. If you make an account, it's just your email, no password. Keep access to that inbox secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

7.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. If a change is significant, we'll make a reasonable effort to note it on the site.

8.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
