Privacy Policy

1.What we collect

We collect only what an order needs:

• The photos and captions you upload for printing.
• Your email address, when you pay or make an account.
• A recipient's contact detail (an email address or phone number) when you send them a private link instead of an address.
• A US mailing address: either the one you enter, or the one your recipient enters on their private link.
• Basic session data while you're signed in.

2.Why we collect it

Every piece has one job. Photos exist to be printed. Addresses exist to mail your order. Email and phone are for the messages tied to an order: a sign-in code, an order confirmation, a recipient's link, and a single reminder. We don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

3.Who we share it with

We use a short list of trusted processors to run the service, and share only what each one needs to do its job:

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, photo storage, and sending our email.
• Stripe: payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see them.
• Smarty: checking that a mailing address is real and deliverable.
• Twilio: sending private links by text message.
• PostHog: understanding how the product is used, so we can improve it.
• Sentry: catching errors so we can fix them.

4.What we never do

We never sell or rent your personal information. We never share your photos with anyone outside of printing and mailing your order, and we never use them for anything else.

5.How long we keep it

We keep your order details and print files as long as we need them to fulfill the order and honor the free-reprint promise. You can ask us to delete your photos and personal data any time by emailing us, and we will, apart from a basic record of the transaction we may be required to keep.

6.Email and messages

Every message we send is tied to something you did: signing in, paying, or sending a link. If you ever want out, reply to any message or email hello@sendasnap.com, and we'll suppress your address so we don't email it again.

7.Children

SendaSnap isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

8.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.
